Shipping Policy

1. Shipping and VAT (US Only)

Free shipping on orders over $90. Orders under $90 incur a $6 shipping fee.

Pricing Transparency: All prices include VAT. The total amount shown at checkout is the final price; there are no hidden fees.

2. Processing and Delivery Time (Monday to Friday)

Processing Time: Your order will be carefully prepared within 1 to 2 business days (including quality control and secure packaging).

Delivery Time: After shipment, delivery typically takes 4 to 7 business days, depending on package size.

Estimated Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Delivery Time = Approximately 5 to 9 business days

Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

3. Carriers and Delivery Area

Carriers: We ship your order through reliable partners such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

Delivery Area: Within the United States only.

4. Address Changes and Order Cancellations

Address Changes: Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the package is handed over to the carrier, the address cannot be changed.

Order Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed. Once shipped, they cannot be cancelled.

5. Order Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number after your order has shipped.

You can track your package in real time on the carrier's website.

6. Delivery Issues and Returns

Undeliverable packages will be returned to the sender. We will contact you to find a solution.

Please see our return policy for specific conditions (product condition, original packaging, etc.).

Proper Packaging Requirements: All returned items must be properly packaged. Any damage caused by improper packaging may result in a refused refund.

7. Delivery Claim

If your package arrives visibly damaged (e.g., stains on carpet, damaged corners of tables and chairs, etc.):

Please contact Biyannt Customer Service as soon as possible.

Please provide clear photos of:

Outer packaging damage;

Inner packaging condition;

Damaged parts of the product.
